If we are able to give ourselves to loss, to move toward it--rather than recoil in an effort to escape, deny, distract or obscure--our wounded hearts become full, and out of that fullness we will do things differently, and we will do different things.

Grief As Praise

A weekend retreat designed to explore Grief as a holy part of experiencing life. We all live with unattended sorrows and losses that influence how we engage with our daily lives. This gathering offers us the experience to pause and make space to be with the holiness of learning about ourselves through the grief process, as well as to grieve our losses. Gathering includes ritual, silence, meditation, and journaling.
